Sherle Stevens
My singing began later in my life, having been too shy in my youth to risk my heart out loud. So I spent many years as an artist in fashion advertising, and then some intense years creating TV storyboards for ad agencies. A little portrait painting on the side.
One day I said to a friend who's a singer - "That's what I'm going to do in my next life!" And she said "Why not do it now, while you're here?" Why not indeed. If not now, when? I was excited and nervous, and determined to try.
And after a few years of weary searching, I finally found Raymond Allen - the best vocal coach for me, and the man who showed me how to make the most of what I've got.
At the same time, I found Bobby Barber - the best piano man for me. We've been together now for more than nine years, and I feel blessed with his presence and his music every day!
Along the way, I've also been trained by Debbie Ford to become a Life Coach. And I feel so inspired to be able to share with my clients, my passion for finally giving myself the reality of this dream that wouldn't go away. I'm here to tell you that it's never too late...
